Writing good prompts

What to say, and what you can leave out.

You don't need special wording. A few details go a long way.

Useful things to mention

  • What the business or project is, and where it is.
  • The feeling you want: quiet, loud, warm, playful, formal.
  • The pages you need, if you know them.
  • Real content: your name, opening hours, products, prices in EGP.
  • Anything you dislike. “No purple.” “Nothing too corporate.”

Examples

  • “A site for my bakery in Heliopolis. Warm, simple, with a menu and opening hours.”
  • “An editorial portfolio for a photographer. Big images, very little text.”
  • “Make the typography more dramatic and reduce the animation.”

Small edits stay small

When you ask for a small change, Katzero only touches what's needed. If you want a bigger rethink, say so: “Redesign the home page from scratch.”

Attaching pictures

Add up to six images to any message with the picture button, or paste or drop them into the box. Katzero reads what you write to decide how to use them:

  • “Use this photo as the hero image” puts the picture into your site.
  • “Make it feel like this screenshot” uses it as a reference for style, layout and colour, without placing it.

JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and AVIF images up to 10 MB work. Pictures are kept private to your account; once placed, they are served from your own site's address, and location data is removed.
