Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 25 October 2026

Draft for legal review. This text has not yet been checked by a lawyer and may change before launch.

Katzero is for making good websites. This policy explains what you may not build, publish or do with Katzero. It applies to every account, every prompt and every site we host, and it is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Content that is not allowed

Don’t use Katzero to create, publish or link to:

  • Phishing and credential collection. Fake login pages, forms that ask for passwords, card numbers, bank details, one-time codes or recovery phrases under false pretences, or anything designed to trick people into handing over their data.
  • Impersonation. Sites that pretend to be, or could reasonably be mistaken for, another person, company, brand, bank, payment service, charity or government body, including copied logos, layouts or domain-like names.
  • Malware. Viruses, spyware, cryptominers, malicious scripts, or links to download them.
  • Scams and fraud. Fake shops, investment or crypto schemes, fake giveaways, advance-fee fraud, fake reviews, or pages that trick people into payments or downloads.
  • Deceptive content. Misleading health or financial claims, fake news presented as fact, or content designed to deceive visitors about who is behind a site or what it offers.
  • Illegal content. Anything that is illegal where you or your visitors are, including the sale of illegal goods or services and content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
  • Hate and harassment. Content that attacks or demeans people based on who they are, threatens violence, promotes terrorism, or targets individuals with harassment, doxxing or intimidation.
  • Sexual content involving minors. Any content that sexualises minors is strictly forbidden. We report it to the relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate content and sexually explicit material published without age protection.
  • Spam. Sites built for bulk unsolicited messages, link farms, doorway pages or search engine manipulation.

2. Names and subdomains

Don’t choose subdomains meant to look official or to mislead, such as names that mimic Katzero, banks, payment services, well-known brands or public institutions. We may refuse, reserve or reclaim any name.

3. Using the service fairly

  • Don’t try to get around usage limits, for example by creating multiple accounts.
  • Don’t scrape Katzero or send automated requests outside the features we provide.
  • Don’t probe, test or break our security, sandboxing or other people’s accounts.
  • Don’t use Katzero to attack, overload or interfere with other services.
  • Don’t use prompts to try to make Katzero produce content this policy forbids.

4. Enforcement

If we believe a site or account breaks this policy, we may, depending on the harm involved:

  • unpublish or take down the site, immediately and without notice where people are at risk;
  • remove specific content or reclaim a subdomain;
  • limit features, or suspend or close the account;
  • preserve information and report illegal activity to the authorities.

Where it is safe and reasonable, we will tell you what happened and why. If you think we made a mistake, reply to our message or write to support@katzero.com and we will review it.

5. Reporting abuse

See a Katzero site that breaks these rules? Use our report form. If you are on the site itself, you can open katzero.com/report?site= followed by the site address so the form is filled in for you. You can also email support@katzero.com with “Abuse” in the subject and the site address. We review every report and act quickly on phishing, scams and other harmful content.
